Concept illustration·Not the live Convertr UI
Convertr Govern · part of Convertr
Set policy once. Apply it everywhere. Prove it on demand.
Govern is not a separate product. It is an improvement to how Convertr applies, controls and evidences your approved rules across lead and contact data, record by record, before that data reaches your CRM, marketing automation or AI workflows.
The useful question is not whether you have a policy. It is: how do you apply your policy today, and how quickly could you prove what happened to one record?

1. A record arrives
Every record represents a person. Their information may pass through suppliers, campaigns, systems and AI workflows, and they may reasonably ask where it came from, why it was used and who received it.
Why it matters
- ✓Starts with the person behind the record. Every record represents a data subject who may ask where their information came from, why it was used and who received it.
- ✓Account-level policy, set once. Approved rules are defined at account level, then adapted by market, source, supplier and campaign, rather than rebuilt each time.
- ✓Applied at the point of entry. Rules run on every record before it reaches downstream systems, so policy becomes practice rather than intent.
- ✓Controlled decisions, not assumptions. Records that do not meet policy are held for a named approver instead of passing through because nobody stopped them.
- ✓Evidence when someone asks. The Evidence Pack shows which rule applied, what was decided, who approved an exception and why.
Talking points
- • Govern is part of Convertr, not a separate product or a new interface.
- • Most organisations already have policies. The harder question is whether they are applied consistently to individual records.
- • Exceptions are owned by a named approver, so disputes resolve faster.
- • Evidence is retrievable for one record, not reconstructed from several systems.
- • Ask, don't assert: "How do you apply your policy today, and how quickly could you prove what happened to one record?"
What Govern does not do
- • It does not write your policy. You remain responsible for your legal position and approved rules.
- • It does not replace Legal, Privacy or Compliance. It makes their approved requirements easier to apply and decisions easier to evidence.
- • It is not a judgement on your current governance.
